Our system provides the following door-to-door services:

  Lifetime service, upon receipt of customer repair or technical support requests, timely response, regardless of whether in our warranty period, we will do our best to meet customer needs.

  Two years after the completion of the project free maintenance, free of all fees, regular maintenance every 3 months.

  The warranty time provided by the manufacturer of the equipment is guaranteed by us. We will go to the user's home to pick up the parts, without any maintenance cost during the warranty period.

It is better to teach a man to fish than to give a fish. Our company provides necessary technical training to users‘system maintenance personnel until they can solve general maintenance problems. 

  After the completion of the project, the relevant personnel of the owner will be trained in time.

  After the departure of the owners, follow up personnel will be trained.

  Regularly arrange the training of relevant knowledge for owners.

After the completion of the project, in addition to previous related services, we also provide regular maintenance and upgrade services for the soft year system

  Inspection and maintenance of the software system on a regular door

  When updating the system, our engineers will contact the owner concerned in time to organize the implementation of the upgrade.

  We will organize retraining for the upgraded system.

After the completion of the project, we will also provide our customer spare parts service:

  Free of charge including modules, panels, jumpers and other commonly used spare parts.

  For the equipment, we will provide temporary replacement spare parts to the best of our ability

  Spare parts are provided and recovered with our professionals on-site service.
